狈别箩补迟&苍产蝉辫;顿眉锄驳眉苍别艧赂 professor of biomedical sciences, and Krystyna Konopka, professor of biomedical sciences, co-authored the paper "" published in Therapeutic Delivery 9(11). The paper is the result of an extensive and long-standing collaboration established by Dr. Konopka between D眉zg眉ne艧' laboratory and two groups at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. The project has included several Pacific students whose work was published previously. D眉zg眉ne艧 has submitted a grant application to National Institutes of Health to extend this work, including the use of an oral cancer animal model in collaboration with the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Teresa Bergman, professor and chair of communication, gave opening remarks for the private screening of the documentary "George Moscone: A Legacy of Change" to San Francisco Mayor London Breed, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, and San Francisco city staff on Tuesday, Nov. 27.
Jessica Grady, assistant professor of psychology, presented her research, "Promoting shy toddlers' physiological regulation during low- and moderately threatening social contexts," at the meeting of the International Society for Developmental Psychobiology.
Caroline Schroeder, professor of religious studies, presented two papers at the 2018 annual joint meeting for the Society of Biblical Literature and the American Academy of Religion in Denver: "Monastic Manipulations" in a session Violence and Representations of Violence, and "The Labor of Children in Early Egyptian Monasteries" in a session on Children in the Biblical World.
Corey Stocco, assistant professor of psychology, presented the invited address, "Lying is Behavior We Can Change," at Sacramento State University. The presentation was a part of the invited speaker series put on by the Student Association for Applied Behavior Analysis.
